Orbit

Orbit Terms of Use (draft, to be reviewed by counsel)

Last updated: 20 October 2026. Provider: Vyntro (r1zephyr), Ausserfeld 10, 6362 Stansstad, Switzerland, support@vyntro.dev.

1. Scope and age

By registering you enter into a contract for the use of Orbit. You must be at least 13 years old (older in some countries, per local law) and confirm your identity and age through ID verification. Teens (13–17) and adults (18+) use separate areas and cannot see each other. If you are a minor, you confirm that your legal guardians agree to your use.

2. Your account

One account per person. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details. Multiple accounts, other people's IDs, false age information and circumventing bans are prohibited and lead to a permanent ban.

3. Conduct

Prohibited in particular: harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content towards minors or unsolicited towards adults, nudity in profiles, fraud, spam, commercial advertising, asking for money, collecting other people's data, depictions of violence, illegal content and anything that endangers minors. We may review content before it becomes visible, remove it, and warn, suspend or permanently ban accounts (see section 8).

4. Content and rights

Your content stays yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide right to store it, process it technically and show it to other users inside the app for as long as your account exists. You confirm that you hold the rights to your photos, videos and texts and do not infringe third-party rights. Orbit, the logo and the app are protected; copying, scraping, reverse engineering and automated access are prohibited.

5. Orbs, purchases and the "Orbit+" subscription

6. Chat, calls and encryption

Chats and calls are end-to-end encrypted. We cannot read or restore content; after losing a device or reinstalling, chat history is gone. "Disappearing messages" are deleted after 24 hours; the other person may still photograph or save them before that. We show screenshot notices where the operating system allows it, without guarantee.

When you report a chat, your app sends the last messages decrypted to our moderation team (see the privacy policy).

7. Safety

Orbit does not replace your own caution. Meet people from the app in public places, do not share financial details, and report anything suspicious with "Report". We check profiles automatically and manually but cannot guarantee that all information is accurate.

8. Sanctions and bans

Violations lead, in stages, to a warning, a temporary suspension or a permanent ban. For permanent bans we store a check value of your ID document and your device to prevent re-registration. You may appeal a ban within 30 days at support@vyntro.dev. For serious violations (especially endangering minors) we inform authorities where the law requires or permits it.

9. Termination and deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the settings. We may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice, or without notice in case of violations. Orbs and remaining subscription periods are not refunded on deletion (please cancel the subscription in the store first).

10. Availability and liability

Orbit is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence, not for the content or conduct of other users and not for consequential damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. We announce material changes in the app at least 14 days in advance; if you continue to use Orbit afterwards, the new terms apply. If you object, you can delete your account.

12. Law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Stansstad (Nidwalden), Switzerland; mandatory consumer jurisdictions remain reserved.
